If you have wondered how a narcissist apologizes, they don't. Pay close attention to what he says. He doesn't ever take responsibility for leading a government that made a mistake. He apologizes on "behalf" of all Canadians. I don't need him to apologize. I need him to acknowledge his role as a "leader" of Canada.
