yes with out of round payments there are no liquidity requirements (Arkoor) but they have different security tradeoffs.

For zaps, accumulating small vtxos has the same problem as onchain utxos where it’s not really economical to go onchain with a bunch of small vtxos, so lightning and fedimint still make more sense for zapping.
