My main problems with El Salvador:

- Hard to fill a freezer with grass fed beef.

- Hard to teach my family about guns.

- Future supply of fresh water in question.

- Very limited agricultural potential.

- Locals likely to resent "colonizers".

- Played along with the covid agenda.

- Taking investments/aid from China.

- Who will be elected after Bukele?

My main attraction to El Salvador:

- #Bitcoin is legal tender.

- No property tax.

- Dangerous criminals in jail.

- Great for small business formation.

- Plenty of sun, surf, and seafood.

- Distance from current thing.

- Christianity adoption is high.

- Woke culture hasn't taken hold.

Great thoughts. I also feel like part of it is reflexive. If you were to get high quality Bitcoiners there to form a community and make the arrangement win win for themselves and natives it could change everything for the better.

what do you mean by "limited ag potential"?

Rain forest-like climates tend to not be very advantageous to ranching and permaculture, and ES has very little overall mileage, compounding the effect.

Max Keiser central planning.

Major issue is what happens after Bukele. Because of the gov structure of El Salvador they were able to buy bitcoin without going through the checks and balance system in USA. What’s been done can easily be undone. I’m just gonna chill in good ole USA

He needs to become a Monarch for any of this to last.

Bukele is Palestinian yet has sold his soul to Israel, kissed the wall and never speaks of the genocide.

Argentina?

Sadly, I am feeling increasingly validated about regarding El Salvador suspiciously.

I think you’d like Paraguay. San Bernardino is a hidden gem.

If I didn’t have such a good tax resident set-up where I am, I’d be heading that way for sure.
