I may have found it. My LNbits instance updated and it removed all my extensions. Working to get it back up and running now.

I found the real issue, I was using the same LNDhub as the wallet that I was receiving to, just got mixed up 🥲

You should open an issue on github after reproducing it. I was not able to find a similar issue there.
