Oh yea, as hosting in nostr is decentralized, relay runners limit the data upload as they bare the cost of hosting your files. Self hosting is an option. I know nostr:npub1nxy4qpqnld6kmpphjykvx2lqwvxmuxluddwjamm4nc29ds3elyzsm5avr7 offers paid hosting, some client do also, you’d have to look into paid plans, or paid relays. I think if you want to get around it for free you’ll have to likit it to short clips. nostr:npub1v0lxxxxutpvrelsksy8cdhgfux9l6a42hsj2qzquu2zk7vc9qnkszrqj49 is running a streaming service nostr:npub1eaz6dwsnvwkha5sn5puwwyxjgy26uusundrm684lg3vw4ma5c2jsqarcgz and there is a video platform called Flare or so, maybe that would be the starting point
