I’ve been back on the beautiful island of Tenerife in the Canaries for the past week. I spent the two prior years living here. Literally everywhere I go here, there are memories. I’m not sure why but today the memories are extremely vivid, almost as if I had lived them today while I was remembering them. Most memories that I have are tied to people. Whether it’s the ocean water, the city, a restaurant, or an amazing view-it’s bringing back memories of the people I spent my time with. The more I live the more I understand how important people are in my life. I’m beyond grateful for this experience of life and the opportunity I have to share it with good people. Life is short, make the people in your life the priority.
