For the small handful of people that might see this post -

I spent about 95% of my life, trying to make western shirts in America. Been doing it for 6-7 years. Learning as I go.

Is there any particular type of content, posts, updates - you’d be curious to see, or want to see?

I’m too deep in the weeds. Lately feeling burnt out. Just figured I’d throw this question out there, and see what (if anything comes back).

Open floor!

Love to see the craftsman process like factory shots of making your products

Establish a new standard of excellence for high quality low time preference crafted goods.

Okay cool, thanks for the reply here. This is super helpful

It would be cool to see the manufacturing process if it won't hurt your business. I like learning industry things from people like nostr:nprofile1qqs2gndun24r2utk5l20tscsdprw5zttvm0qk58w8xhl2ja2kmzt7jcpvemhxue69uhkv6tvw3jhytnwdaehgu3wwa5kuef0dec82c33x5ehsmt90q6ry7p5vd5xge3hx5mksupnwym857rpvaukk6m9dvmhqer8wa6hwepsxu6rjd35v34hj6rp89ensvnj096ns0mzwfhkzerrv9ehg0t5wf6k2qg7waehxw309ahx7um5wgkkgetk9emk2mrvdaexgetj9ehx2ap0qy08wumn8ghj7mn0wd68yttsw43zuam9d3kx7unyv4ezumn9wshsxs66av Not all of it applies to me, but the technical aspects of manufacturing are interesting.

And this helps show people the full value of what you do. It feels more personal when you consume the product. Unlike most other products where you get to see nothing up to the purchase point.

Agreed

Would be interesting to see

Noted! I can do that. Good idea. Thanks for the feedback. Appreciate it

I'm just being funny, but I read your note and was thinking, "dude, you're doing an incredible job for an 8 year old!"

Hahaha

I wish I was 8 😂

Awesome damn shirts. Keep up the proof of work

Insights into your design thought process would be very cool.

I’m not usually into fashion, exactly, but I’ve started watching Frontoffice’s videos on Instagram because his thought process about fashion is absolutely fascinating. It opens my eyes to fashion as an art form full of meaning, material properties, and history.

Okay cool, writing this down, thanks for the feedback

Just checked out your website and followed you. Going to order a shirt (or two). Your shirts remind me of the 1970s-era shirts I could only find by hunting through thrift stores, and I am so here for it.

In terms of content, would be cool to see some origin story-type videos, i.e. how the heck did you start making these shirts, and why?

Also, if I am 6’3” and around 210-215 pounds with a body reminiscent of the statue of David do you recommend a large or an XL

Great question.. Do you like your shirts more relaxed, or tight

If the shoulders are wide enough, then tight. If the shoulders are not wide enough, then relaxed. (This is usually the trade off)

Okay noted! I’d say start with an XL. We pre wash the fabric, but because they’re cotton, they will still shrink about a half inch in the length / sleeve length. Being 6’3 I think the XL length wise will be great.

Without knowing your shoulder length, I’m guessing here.. but my hunch says the XL will be your best bet. It should last you forever - so I always lean more towards a roomier fit. That way you have some space for inevitable shrinkage, you can always get it tailored when/if you need, etc.

We cover all shipping though, so if you need to exchange it or it doesn’t work out, it’s all covered!

Okay awesome, thanks. That’s cool to hear. And NOTED 🫡 I’m on it

I wanna see you say the shit you can't say on your bigger business accounts. I wanna see you just being you here.

Use Nostr as your trial, fuck it, world

Blow off your steam here

🫃🏻done

I went and visited Nick and saw all the shirts he has.

I basically felt like every single shirt would be my favorite shirt in my entire wardrobe if I brought it home.

This shit is legit and it's dope to see a mom nostr. Give him some love

Process and theory (I get that theory doesn't make for good pics that grab attention, though)

Things you have learned along the way. Maybe hard lessons learned.

Okay awesome. I appreciate it. I think.. I would think, people would think that’s boring haha. But that’s cool to hear.

Don’t overthink

Post whatever you’re thinking

🫡 thanks man

Now that I read this, it does sound like I’m 8 years old.

What I meant to say is - I spend*** about 95% of my time, making western shirts 😭 today. And since about 2018.
