Spun up a new keypair, like Casey suggested. I like that it picked up my steps from the past 2 days even though I signed up just now

Did you have to do any tinkering?
When I created an account there was a popup asking to allow the app to get my health/motion data from the phone. I clicked allow. I also clicked allow for notifications. And everything synced immediately
Some people like to sync all the time
There is no sync button. Not sure what you mean 😅
