If illegals claim access to your house can they set up residence until the courts adjudicate the outcome... in a few decades? If so, is it their house too? Are you sure you want to go down this road comrade? Property rights are kind of fundamental to freedom.

They just jailed a green card holder. They are now harassing citizens. You can be on the next flight to El salvador to do slave labor for free without any court to hear your case, neither here in the US or over there. There is no court.

I got to live in a walled "compound" and house. The most tranquil and responsible way to live. The locals would congregate outside our gates to gather swarming termites into plastic shopping bags for eating at a later time, but we never felt threatened. More property "lines" should be fences or walls.
It's called adverse possession... AKA squatter's rights. This is ALL theatre to distract from and cast doubt upon the precedent of paper documentation and slowly introduce other forms of superior documentation. As with superior title to land, they are trying to establish superior forms of title to you. I am more that my papers OR my biometrics. No one would be concerned about "illegals" without the ill-defined "crimes" and/or "benefits". I'm technically a criminal, but I've never harmed anyone or violated anyone's rights. Quite the opposite, but no one cares. The system is designed to target and PROCESS anyone it can remotely think to ostracize...
