We were planning to smoke some pork for Father's day with my in-laws. My wife came home last night and kept pulling meat out of her bag. "I figured since we're firing up the smoker..."

I'm not sure if some of it is freezer bound or if she's planning to share most of it with her family since they're making hay and running their larger deliveries this week.
