Is nostr largely right leaning? Or is it just my feeds?
I know the right flees to platforms like #lemmy only to be kicked out, but this is nostr, that isn't happening. That said, I'd like to see leftists in my nostr feeds as well.
Please share reasonable left leaning pubs if you have them!

Yes and no. Republicans get along with many libertarian concepts, but Libertarians hate the war machine.
Democrats must hate them since Libertarians share some views of the classic liberals. But I havent seen much interaction between these two.
Heck, I just switch to global. Aside from bots and some Japanese and Chinese... I see quite a bit.

i know there are more dimentions than right and left, but in modern discorse, any attack on the left is admission of being right of left.
It may be stupid, but we have to work our assumptions based on the context of current culture.

That said, I don't care so much to defend myself, but to engage in discourse.
It wasn’t an anti anything, lol. You’re talking about getting right leaning people out of your feed, I just pointed out that they’re there because you put them there. If they’re using a tag you follow, just mute the individuals and carry on.
But this applies in the global feed., not just the follows. I'm not against seeing specific politics, I'm looking for more variety.

I don’t follow anyone, I use hashtags of my interests. That way, my feed is only filled with my interests and people who share those interests.
Granted, this only works with Damus, as all of the other clients use your following lists to fill your feed. If I open primal, I don’t see anything in my feed because I’m not following anyone, hahaha.
I may have to try that. I like seeing things that aren't my interest in order to expand my understandungs.
I use amethist.' , but yea, I should try Damus to see how that's like.
