What are some good simple ways to explain Nostr to someone who is not familiar with decentralized technology, and/or not generally tech savvy?

Some of my friends have asked me before, but I haven’t come up with of a short and simple explanation that gives that “A-ha” feeling. 🤔

Decentralized social media. Can’t be censored. Most people understand free speech is a good thing and is a fundamental right
