Bad start to the day. I ate cookies. I pretty much ruined the macros for the day and went over calories. The chips at the end of the day didn't help.

I need to induldge in health and feeling healthy, not in desserts.

Mostly I over-eat due to boredom or distraction, or (unconciously) seeking instant gratification, or shop for food when I'm hungry.

Need to (1) stay busy (2) eat without distractions, (3) stay mindful.

I'll do even better tomorrow. Small improvements count.
