No didn’t receive the DM, I think messages are not working reliably on Shopstr right now. I asked Shopstr support about the missing item, they told me to check with nostr:npub1kvaln6tm0re4d99q9e4ma788wpvnw0jzkz595cljtfgwhldd75xsj9tkzv mint but I wasn’t able to find out any more info from them either. 🤷♀️
