I've been working on a digital board game implementation... casually thinking about deploying it with a freemium model, with payments in bitcoin over LN. It's currently open source and I'd like to keep it that way, but I've also spent the last 3 months of my life on it, and will probably need another 3 to polish it up for prime time, so pricing would be something like maybe 1k satoshis to spawn an instance? Has anything like this been done with any degree of success?
