They need to make their website more reader friendly for noobs. I have been there multiple times (and today) and in a effort to preach about how good their security is it makes it look too complicated to me so I haven't bought one. I even downloaded the Sparrow wallet once and couldn't figure out how that works. I just think it's too complicated for mainstream users like myself. Which sucks because I really want one so I can be like the cool kids.
