Nostr21.com is just a free public relay.. Do you mean relay.tools? Relay tools is 21k sats a month to run a relay. Although right now it's one time invoice until I write the reoccurring billing code.. 🌱
nostr21.com is back online. Though it may not be outta the woods yet, service provider still shows warning ⚠️ but service is up. Just noticed we got tons of new connections today too, over 800 simultaneous websockets! 🔥
