Web Apps are fine with me if privacy is increased.

Native apps make it much easier to onboard a normie to use.

Really having both options is ideal (sorry, I know that's more work).

I wouldn't use either on latest iPhone or a normal Android. Full client side scanning by embedded AI is coming and will be built in. I use grapheneOS. I do local AI on my desktop running the model myself. I am careful when talking to AI's in the cloud using a web app. Now you can be careful from the phone talking to those too but I don't trust anything but de-googled phone to no have an extra layer of privacy vulnerability.
