Drink water or something with electrolytes
I’ve been mostly staying inside with the air-conditioner on this afternoon! I have been drinking plenty of water though. I don’t mind the hot weather in general but these 40° days are a bit too hot!

It looks like they have changed the forecast for Adelaide to 0-3mm now so I’m not confident there will be much but fingers crossed for all the farmers that need it to get some rain.
