Mediation rocks. I have never met someone who had a daily practice and wished they didn’t .. that says something 😊

If you’ve never tried it and don’t know where to start, there are plenty apps with free content, from beginner to advanced.

While yes,

you can just sit,

close your eyes,

and breathe,

unless you have already practiced some forms of mindfulness, it can be very challenging to meditate this way without any guidance.

That said, whatever works for you works, just do it..

at the very least try it for a few months and see what you notice.

I meditate every morning and sometimes an additional session during the day to realign myself. I’ve been practicing this for a couple of decades, and it provides a space where my mind isn’t racing—a space of quietude where I can also “program” my desires on all levels: physical, emotional, and mental, with specific intentions. This morning, I did a particularly powerful meditation focused on where I see myself a year from now.

I’ve done this, more or less, every year at the end of September for the past six years, and I must say—it works! I’m very precise about how I want to feel and what that looks like. Over the last four years, #bitcoin has been at the core, and in the last two years, #austrianeconomics has been a major focus. The central themes are always #freedom #humility #service and #beinganinspiration.

If you meditate, how does it work for you? Do you visualize? Do you tap into your imagination?

For me, #imagination is key. As a visual artist, it’s part of the process of conceiving both large and small projects that eventually materialize.

Strongly agree. Plug for Vipassana International. Great place to start and you can do it for free. They need volunteers more than money.
