How long did you have to build up your milage to be able to conquer the first one?
About 6 months but growing up, I was always super active and into sport so having that baseline athleticism really helped.
100km ultra marathons have been put on a pedestal I don’t think they deserve. If you’re in shape and have a decent mindset, they’re not that hard.
