Thanks Oxtr! Usually eggs, a steak or both for breakfast and some kind of beef or often fish now in HI for dinner.
I exercise every day. We usually walk 3 miles in the morning with our dogs, then we are either hiking, kayaking, or I take surf lessons after that. I also lift weights or do Pilates 30mins-1hr 6 days/week. It’s easy to be active in the islands.
