If you can’t opt out, then what makes people think the government will let you leave? They could easily prevent you from leaving. A lot of countries have done so in the past. All they have to do is make up a new law. They constantly violate the constitution and they’ve gone after non Americans living in other countries lmao just leave is the silliest argument. You can’t really opt out. People have to tried to opt out and start their own civilizations. They find open farm land and live on their own then get raided by military. All territories have been claimed to be ruled by some state. They will never leave you alone because you claim to have opted out. If you give up citizenship and manage to flee, you will eventually be considered a tax resident in the new country you live in.
