How many of your existing subscribers would have paid in monero? I would, definitely. But people don't pay you because you take their money, people pay you for your search. Finding people that would buy kagi if only you took Monero is hard, because of people want your product, they pay with what you'll take.

- Mental Outlaw loves XMR, his community loves XMR, he always looks for opportunities to shill a product and make a XMR video, his XMR videos get 100k+ views, he will share the news immediately
- Techlore loves Kagi, always makes privacy based alternatives videos, Henry also works at Cake, advocates for crypto/XMR, will also share the news immediately
So if this was my business I would def make it priority number 1 since day 1 because there is indeed very strong privacy minded and freedom loving communities out there, and if you actually build a good product these people are seeking for (and Kagi does, no one really likes DDG or Brave, we just "endure" it) you don't need to worry about attracting those users, neither about Marketing, you'll get it all organically through word of mouth
another option is incentivising this by giving creators a referral, then for XMR subscribers the creator gets a XMR comission they can withdraw. Would boost subs by a lot by also allowing others to support their favorite creators outside of fiat rails or ad revenue, plus being the first ever business to do XMR based referrals so the incentive will be for more creators to run to apply
