ahhhh that seems pretty chill actually, i was watching a youtube video and it looked like they took a lot more apart (made it look way more intimidating)
but yeah i’ll give that a look and try see if it’s just a fucked cable, best case it’s literally just a loose cable
but i think these models of macbook pros have been suffering from like the display cables fraying, so we will see
looks difficult to just replace single ribbon cables that run past the display, because you have to actually take the seal off from around the screen to get to the small cavity behind the actual screen where the ribbon cables run
but i’ll see what i can discover this way, cheers
