haha yeah I started on Jan 1 with 10 and I'm up to 96 now. Ive been adding one or two a day. I go slow though. its kind of a mix between working out and yoga. I have a bad back feom flying so this helps.

I do a mixture of planking, pilates, yoga, and cycling. My main takeaway is to do something daily or else I get so stiff and inflexible. I guess it’s like prayer, a whole body & soul practice which is ideal if done daily. Again, it was a pleasure to meet you and the family yesterday.
