They're not anticipating the move. My hunch is they were the cause/played a part in the dip on purpose. Scooping up the cheapest coin they can before the news. We are supposed to get the Grayscale v. I thought about this being a great opportunity for Fink.. didn't know about the SEC ruling though. That'll be interesting.
