Home relay is the relay that has your notes for everybody else to get from.

General is where your Amethyst will use to get posts from your follows.

Hi Vitor, understood. Just to clarify my question: you mentioned that when there are no relays set in the Public Outbox/Home session, Amethyst publishes notes to general servers.

My questions are:

1. What does clicking the "Home" icon in the general session do?

2. Assuming I don't have "nos.lol"in the Public Outbox/Home session (but I do have other relays), and I have it in the General Relays session with the "Home" icon enabled, does "nos.lol" still receive a copy of my notes?

I would also like to understand this better. Can someone please explain how to best use those little settings icons listed for each relay in the General Relays catagory?

The icons enable or disable those relays for Home, Messages, Chats and Global feeds.

Just keep in mind that they will soon disappear. This is a relic of the old model and for now still work, but it will be less so over time.
