What is something you enjoy that you probably shouldn’t?

for me it’s speaking to people who are really into credentialism and feel ing like they are better than others in an overly simplistic and enthusiastically nice way so they feel both insulted and confused without me doing anything rude.

In education, credentials are seen as something so essential. There are your degrees, your teaching licenses from the State, and all sorts of additional training you can go for.

Naturally, learning about pedagogy can be great, but so many university courses (leading up to your government licenses) are full of theories and, more often than not, ideology. Little time is spent on the practical training of a teacher.

So while someone may have a degree in education or have a license from the State, those credentials don't automatically confer the skills, experience, nor expertise we have come to expect of educators. Those will often come from years of actively teaching in the classroom as well as serious reflection on the part of each teacher.

Pizza 🍕 🤣🤣🤣

I’m offended at the insinuation that pizza is not entirely appropriate at all times.

I follow an animal based diet, so I only eat pizza when my dad makes it and that's rare. 🤣

I may have to report you to the authorities.

At university (International Relations major) in group discussions with my peers, I take more pleasure than I should in letting Libertarian and Voluntarism thoughts fly in the context of whatever we are supposed to be talking about, and watching the faces of statists try to make sense of what I've said. But I'm not saying I shouldn't do that, just that it's way too much fun. Recently a tutor heard me and pulled the same face 🤣🤣

this sounds like way too much fun 🤩

It is every bit as fun as it sounds 😁
