I have their bolt-12 addresses in my Phoenix contacts list. It's very easy to pay them now even if they're not home when I do it. Works just like using Cash App now 😁
No. This is a good idea though.
We started doing it at the beginning of the year and it’s going great. They each have their own LN address and everyone gets zapped on Fridays!
We often hear the kids at the shops asking us “mum/dad, can I get this?? I can use my sats!”
I’m still working on the ‘holding’ idea, but they’re generally saving more than spending - and I love that they see it as something they cannot only save, but use!
Too small still. They have an onchain savings account. Should suffice for now.
