not sure but I imagine you increase your REM sleep which is known for resulting in vivid dreams

Hmm, yeah, was also curious if that’d be more tiring or resting in terms of sleep quality

i don’t think there is any type of sleep that is better than other. I think or body need REM sleep, deep sleep & light sleep in order to maintain your health and wellbeing.

This can vary from person to person I think

which again is connected to deep sleep. So if you take melatonin that means you are experiencing more episode of deep sleep
