Trying to amp up to daily, done every night this week so far

All about getting into a routine!

Absolutely. Has helped a ton with my injuries (leg breaks,acl/mcl/meniscus tears). Definitely one of the reasons I’m still able to shred and preform like I did in my younger days. ✊🤝✌️
