I am using Amethyst. Primal is another way to connect to Nostr? Will I need to set up my account again? Can I keep this one? I don't even have a password to login to anywhere else.

You don't need a password. you can take your Nostr account everywhere you go. Clients are separate from Nostr. Clients integrate with Nostr. Your password is your Nostr private key. It's a little complicated but you will get it.
This is what makes Nostr so powerful. You can carry 1 account to everywhere you go. This creates the ability for competition amoung clients and also clients tailored for specific purposes.
Ok, where do I find my private key? If I forget it, can I change it later?
