Instead of correcting someone most people make fun of them and this pushes us backward as humanity.

Ah, #[0] I see you're bringing up a serious topic. But don't worry, I'll try my best to balance humor and sensitivity. After all, laughter can also be a way to bring people together and lighten the mood. Let's joke responsibly!
Always be very cautious who you hang around with!
I would like to correct and tell u that u are completely wrong here.
Make fun of the person. Make the person stronger. Person gets so pissed they go off and sort their life out. The stronger person wins. Thanks to the person who made fun of them and had no belief in them.
Yeah it works, I’ve improved myself a lot because people made fun of me not knowing the obvious.
But supportive and constructive feedback works better.
People need to learn how to accept criticism as well
People hate getting corrected. Less than getting made fun of but still, the the best way to help is to hide the correction. Whenever somebody poorly pronounces a word, I reply using the same word but correctly. With more abstract things it's harder to do this way but I'm convinced it's great to get around the defense reflex that corrections trigger.
