Being triggered is on you. There was something in what they said or did that caused your belief system or ego to feel threatened. It indicates a fragility in the way you perceive the world. It is not their fault that you were triggered.

When you're triggered, see it as an opportunity to heal that fragile or hurt part within you. To find that belief that is hard to maintain & let it go.

Learning to let it go is important for your growth.

This is exactly right.

I work with triggers, environmental interactions and other tools to understand concerning behaviours, if most people would understand what you just wrote… I wouldn’t have a job.

100%. The problem is: how to get this message through to the normies who always fit in (with other normies). It just does not get through to them.

I know this whole Movie is all about getting this message through. It is like a modified/softened way of how the cruel mother nature would do it. That's OK. All my other attempts have failed, so I have nothing better to offer.

In a fantazy level, I am quite certain this would work, but we do not have the means to do it at scale: once or twice a year lock people up in a solitary confinement for an untold lengthy duration without clock and calendar. It can be convenient and spacious and even open, but alone, no outside world, of course no way to build stuff to be used after he is out, and no sense of time.

We do this to ourselves every day, but normies don't. Even when they meditate (some do), they follow false prophets that teach them to be on some impossible missions during meditation, too. They seek emptyness or try to fixate on some singularity or another bullshit like that. What that does, that actually rests them from their real life subconsious missions that keep them distracted forever and that actually are the problem blocking them from understanding the simple things that they keep missing. What that does not do, is it does not get them away from their subconcious missions. On the contrary, every such "meditation" gives them fresh energy to jump right back onto those missions feeling optimistic for a moment again. So actually it makes things worse by convincing them that it works and constantly adding energy to stay in the same distracted mode. It is like eating loads of sugar to feel better while having cancer.
