It happened to me several times so it wasn't a once off thing.

I don't remember the dreams much but I definitely remember waking up unable to move at all for several minutes. I could see a weird bluish/green light in my room and couldn't move till it was gone. At first I could moves my eyes, then mouth to be able to yell. Even after yelling and my Mom would come in it would take me awhile to be able to move.

Not fun.
