Ever heard that too much lucid dreaming can blur the line between dreams and reality?

It happened to me last night for the first time.

I “woke up” in an unfamiliar place and couldn’t tell if I was dreaming. I did a reality check—touched things around me—and it all felt real. But I still had no idea where I was.

I remembered I was on a trip with my parents, but not the exact location. Tried opening the Airbnb app to figure it out—but the text was unreadable. That should’ve been my clue that I was dreaming.

I kept exploring, convinced it was real. Then suddenly, I remembered the city—and our Airbnb—without checking anything.

That’s when I actually woke up :))

Yeah try sleep paralysis and meeting shadow people entities and astral projection/OBEs my dream life is fucking crazy, If you could even call them dreams.. I think I've just lifted the veil into another realm. Straight up, no woke be here.

I had that problem when I was 12.

Crazy shit right?

It happened to me several times so it wasn't a once off thing.

I don't remember the dreams much but I definitely remember waking up unable to move at all for several minutes. I could see a weird bluish/green light in my room and couldn't move till it was gone. At first I could moves my eyes, then mouth to be able to yell. Even after yelling and my Mom would come in it would take me awhile to be able to move.

Not fun.
