Is food that bland in the USA?
No, I'm just a sauce fiend! Sometimes I like a little extra flavor, and sweet doesn't do it for me. I'd say everything is sweet here, and that's not my style. I like spicy.
The rule of Tabasco is that it doesn’t go on anything that needs it and only goes on something that it improves or for which it’s an ingredient. As a Sicilian - American I feel obligated that you eat good food in America.
