There's a project working on that.

Really? Open source n all?

They spoke at Nostr Valley this year. I'm trying to find the link I had.

Because they already exist without vibe coding.

Why are they being ignored? What's their shortcomings?

social. network effects.

we need something based on nostr, and make it the biggest one.

not to mention github has many other features, and practically give you free cpu time, with actions and stuff.

All the big accounts only copy past shitposts from Twitter.

No algorithms to boost.

I did share something about this myself by I'm new and don't have any kind of following yet

Both of you are not talking about anything pertaining to the note or the first response πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€

hosting massive amounts of data on cloud servers

I thought the solution was gonna be relays and blossom

Trailblazers ask dumb questions. Take courage Ser.

I remember, I think Derek, already mentioning this being a thing.

Give me a high-level example of what you have in mind?

Or what feature is Shakespeare missing to you in order to make that happen?

Could it be as simple as prompting it β€œcreate the GitHub alternative that’s nostr native, include all existing GitHub features” ? Idk

What about this?

Still missing most GitHub features right?

You're absolutely right!

I worked for a while on trying to get GitHub actions over nostr. Turned into more general compute (even better) which I want to layer GH Actions on top of.

This prob best one I’ve seen so far but still missing features

A Git option you may self host on your own StartOS bitcoin node.

https://marketplace.start9.com/

It’s open source. MIT license. So you may vibe code and improve it as much as you’d like.
