Bread is breading. I'll be baking it late tonight, I got a late start on it but my starter is VERY active. I always put water on my hand and wipe it before I rest it. Not sure it helps, but it hasn't hurt 🤷♀️. I think of it like sports fans, it's my mojo 😂. #sourdough #breadstr #mojo

Seriously. I should've cheated and added a little yeast, but I'm trying to do it on my own again. I've had a rough patch 😭.
I'll try again soon. I bought a high temp oven especially for a bread and never used it😅 I never got the ear right and it was never fluffy enough😑
I can't ever get the pretty ear or design 😑. I score the heck out of it, but it never tears where the cut is. If it tastes good, I'm ok with it 🤷♀️. I use a dutch oven covered for like 15 min then open it to get it crusty and keep an eye out so it isn't blackened.
First thought as I started reading?.. “the pud is pudding” and now I want bread pudding.
