Do we have DVMs generating feeds for users? Who is running these DVMs? Where are they? What are their algorithms? How can they be discovered?

I run a bunch, primal runs some and here and there some people run their own. It's nip90. And for discoverability we use nip89.

I built a framework to run them and I open sourced what their algorithms do.
