I still don’t understand why every client doesn’t treat quote reposts the same way. If I create them on Primal they show up as replies on Damus.

That said, Primal still uses kind 3 for relay management instead of 1002...
This is an issue with most clients atm, i think only a few other clients do the q thing. Maybe the nip update will help.
