Nostr.build offers creator plans for hosting.
Nostr.wine lets you set up paywalled content like Patreon. I don't know if that's open to everyone yet.

You can upload to nostr.build directly, or through using something like https://zap.stream (where you can also stream to), https://flare.pub and there's https://lightning.video
You can also spin up your media server using something like Blossom-Server https://github.com/hzrd149/blossom-server/tree/master
