Any productivity benefits to society from AI is void by the sheer depravity these tools will unleash. Go look up “Tilly Norwood” and you’ll see why damn near every sci-fi/fantasy novel is set in a time post thinking-machine Armageddon.

We must not blur the lines between the real and the non real. The war about transgender pronouns is going to appear minuscule compared to the war on reality that’s about to be waged.

The more I see AI develop the more I believe these tools are straight from the pits of hell. I used to think there was a balanced argument between the pros and cons and we could walk the tightrope. I no longer believe it’s possible.

The ceremony of innocence is drowned”

Maybe.

Except you have to break society down into the productive and the depraved.

The lower castes will always be depraved, they’re lower castes for a reason.

“All real estate is designed to make you earn enough money to keep you far away from those that cannot afford to live near you.”

Think accordingly.

Bad take.

Since when did productive and depraved become an inverse relation to one another. And how can you assume lower castes are more depraved than the productive? It’s not the lower caste (whatever that is) who is responsible for the boom in AI tools being widely developed and dispersed. Nor are they the drivers of this depravation. Evil leaves its mark on everything it touches, not just those less capable.

To whom much is given, much will be required.

Try viewing people on the basis of their individual human dignity and not according to the classification of their circumstances or abilities.

No.

View people by what they are, living and breathing Pareto principals.

The top 20% will always be better than the bottom 80% and the top 20% will always work to distance themselves from the bottom 80%.

Why? Because the bottom 80 can never maintain society the way the top 20 can.

Moochers ALWAYS way out number producers.

Recently I was listening to an Alan Watts recording and somewhere in the middle I realized it was actually an AI script being read by an AI voice that mimicked Alan Watts' voice.

A year from now, I won't be able to catch it. Nothing digital can be trusted as real.
