In my opinion, people who think the status quo is perfect the way it is..the people who think woke people are this diseased group of people who are the downfall of society...
Also people who choose not to see that society has outcasted many times anyone who wasn't white, heterosexual Christian. That there's this ongoing war on white people by woke people.
Both sides have their extremists.
Anti woke people think woke people are just stirring up pointless feuds.
The fact is black women didn't even get to start voting til a few decades ago.
If you think there aren't gonna be some people with hard feelings that it took so long...then I think that just ignorance.
Yea they could just "get over it" but in their minds, the world hasn't yet made up for it. Right or wrong...they're not evil.
Do I think black people are still viewed as lesser in many places, absolutely.
Also, should we give them reparations? No. But I think we should acknowledge more than we do. And if anyone gets reparations, it should be native Americans first and foremost.
I don't believe in rewriting history to appease people either. But did you know that after US won the war for independence we tore down statues of the British king?

Of course not. The same way tearing down statues of rebel leaders who obviously supported slavery and LOST the war, is not "wokism".
