Who is building a public stock exchange that is (appropriately) priced only in #bitcoin?
This is inevitable… and accomplishing this will be extremely lucrative to the individual or group that figures it out in the coming years.

At $100k bitcoin it briefly becomes very easy to price everything in sats
The light bulb moment for some people will be seeing the share prices in Bitcoin, getting out their calculator, and realising that the S&P 500 companies in BTC add up to more than 21m Bitcoin.
The logical conclusion is that they crash exponentially until they, and everything else, fits into the 21m.
Would be something I would be interested to work on.

as long as BTC is outperforming each and every stock on the planet you can only lose value.
of course there would be a usecase for traders of BTC that are trying to match cycle tops and bottoms. buy stocks at the top of BTC and sell them at the bottom. In this scenario stocks would be a replacement for stable coins and fiat.
I guess nostr isn't the right audience for that, they want to keep their sats.

Don't you need the network to be big enough (global)? Doesn't it need to grow to it's maturity where it's the standard? As long as it's still growing isn't it an "unfair" measurement? Right now it's measuring relative to its growth plus its intrinstic properties. So doesn't bitcoin network need to be complete in order to measure stuff against it using only its intrinstic properties?
