Embraced being a complete novice/beginner and used that to motivate myself to try/do something that challenges my physical limits and perseverance.

Knowing that I don't have enough bitcoins and reminding myself that's ok.

Lifting heavy stuff

Putting heavy things up and down above your head, meat and eggs, positive speak, random conversations with at least 1 stranger each day.

Float tank.

Last year was to mute most notifications in nostr. I now only see reply notifications and nothing else - but it’s still too much. My only options are to turn them off completely or just not use nostr as often. Both are not ideal. I wish clients would offer an option to delay notifications somehow so I’d only see them 5 mins after someone reacts for example. I know it’s an odd feature request but I believe it would do wonders for my mental health.

Or what about having notifications only come through in batches every X minutes, where you can choose the frequency?

That could work too. My main issue now is if I note anything at all, I’m checking the phone to see if anyone replied. Often without realizing I’m doing it. Adding a delay, maybe even a random delay would in theory discourage me over time from picking up the phone, knowing nothing will be there.
