Just went through a big follower list and followed everyone based on their latest note, but only if it was less than a week old.

I think people interpreted it as you went through YOUR follower list and judged whether to follow them back based on their last note.

I think that's why there were so many salty comments 🤣

My policy here (for now) is follow anyone who posts *anything* interesting and to err on the side of engaging. NOSTR isn’t gonna bootstrap itself.
