Normally when I get into the #gym like this, I get sick at some point and get knocked off track. So far, I’m 128 days in, only missed 9 workouts and still haven’t gotten sick. That’s definitely a new record.

Back in the day, I used to take breaks due to sickness, but now, I've stepped up my recovery game for my workouts and let me tell you, I'm feeling better than ever! I'm about to hit the big 4-0 and I'm rockin' a chiseled six-pack like nobody's business!
