I once had basil that lived for 2 years.
Now they just give up a couple of days after buying.
I heard that basil is very susceptible to chlorine from the water. Make sure to give it good water!

Huh. Need to test. Maybe the water sucks. This would be bad for so many reasons.
I'm looking into reverse osmosis and distillation. Either way, I want to put some good minerals and salts back in afterwards.
